Like the ateliers of yesteryear, we offer a more personal approach to design. We value our customers, and grow together. You deserve a unique buying experience. Loyal CIMONE customers are able to be a part of the brand in a personal integrated and intimate way.

At CIMONE, we pride ourselves on our relationships – both with our suppliers, and with you.

As such, we offer a one-on-one bespoke measurement service on all tailored items (including tailored dresses and skirts) over £450 (or currency equivalent), and a fit session in our London showroom – all complimentary.

Garments are made to your exact measurements – no matter what size, shape, OR gender.

Our London-based clients are encouraged to visit our studio for a dedicated measurement appointment.

Our International customers (or UK based customers) who are unable to attend our sessions in London can also take advantage of our bespoke service by arranging a video call (to ensure accuracy) and we walk you through the measurement stages, observing correct measuring you as you do so. But, if you are shy, don’t worry! You can submit your measurements directly by email, via our detailed measurement chart that gives you precise instructions on how to measure yourself.

Once your measurements have been taken, customers are then invited to a fitting appointment to ensure perfection. Fittings take place in our London showroom, where we are able to take you through a range of options before developing your finished piece in line with your exact specification. We believe that a custom-made couture-style service should be available at an attainable price point for all.

Where possible, at request, we will endeavour to fulfil the two stages at the same time - please contact us in advance to arrange this, so that we have ample time to ready your garment shell for the fitting.

What’s more, If you require further alterations in years to come, we would be happy to assist!

All bespoke patterns are archived and cared for, if you later decide to recreate your bespoke item (in the same, or a different fabric or colour), then it can be directly reordered without a refit in most cases.
