We aim to provide you with full satisfaction in regards to your experience with our website and services. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your order, our returns policy is active for 30 days from purchase. This policy excludes bespoke items - please see BESPOKE terms and conditions for full description. 

Upon expiry of 30 days since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Customised items are not eligible for returns in any circumstances. (Including but not limited to our bespoke fittings service).
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted and the refund processed:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts from circumstances not resulting from our error are ineligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Items must also be returned in original packaging. (Swing tags, dust bags etc. are considered part of the product and must be returned to receive a refund).
  • All items that are sent out from CIMONE have been hand checked for quality.
    We will, within reason, replace a faulty item if the fault is a result of our production processes, but only if (where applicable) each special care notice has been adhered to (e.g. Dry Clean only items).
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
Some of our items are designed to age, change with wear and tear, or change due to environmental changes.

Where this is the case, we will include a special notice with your product.



Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We endeavour to assess within 3 working days of arrival. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically refunded to the original method of payment.

Please note, that this may take up to 10 business days. Your refund will be processed minus any original delivery and shipping charges selected at the time of purchase. For non-EU customers, duty and taxes payments will not be refunded. We recommend customers contact their local authorities for any further information regarding these payments.

We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, or if you purchase the wrong size.

If the item was marked as a gift when received and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit note for the value of your return.
This will be issued via email (or post if indicated) when we receive your returned goods.
All credit notes will be issued to the original purchaser where the item was not marked as gift.


Sale items

Only full priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

The sender bares the responsibility for payment of shipping costs for returns. These are non-refundable. Cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
If you are shipping an item over £100, please consider using a shipping service that includes tracking and/or includes shipping insurance. The safe return of returned or exchanged goods is the responsibility of the customer.
If we do not receive the product, we cannot refund, exchange or issue a credit note!
