Terms and conditions of Bespoke services

Bespoke service is available on all garments over the value of 450 Pounds GBP
Please specify at time of order (in the notes box), or by contacting us on (no more than 24hrs after payment) that you require the Bespoke service.Please order your usual size, using measurements taken from the CIMONE sizing chart. If in doubt, it is better to order a size above.
We will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment where we can take your exact measurements in our London studio, once you have ordered the product.
Where possible, at request from the client, we will endeavour to fit you piece at the same time, time permitting.
For those unable to attend a follow-up fit session in our studio, a disclaimer must be signed in order for us to proceed.
We will make your finished garment to the measurements submitted/collected (by email or at the time of the measuring session)
No responsibility is accepted by CIMONE if the customer submits inexact measurements.
All travel costs to and from the studio must be borne by the customer.
International customers can also benefit from a made-to-measure service by special arrangement – measurements can be taken by video call under our instruction.
Each product is eligible for one measurement session and one fit session ONLY. A perfect fit can only be guaranteed if both take place at our studio.
All customers attending a fitting session must sign off any proposed alterations to the toiled garment, before the finished garment is made.
At the time of the fitting, to safeguard the client and Cimone, we will take your measurements again, for reference.
Once the garment is altered to fit the customer, it cannot be returned, and no refunds are permitted.
If you require further alterations, at any point thereafter (including in years to come) it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us.
Please allow up to 20 working to days from time of measurement for delivery.
